Why is there two versions of this document?

Freedom Publishers Union is publishing both versions of the 2025 election review that we have obtained, in the interests of transparency and public accountability.

The 61-page document is the standalone review itself, while the 64-page version is the form in which the same review was tabled, bundled with surrounding administrative material.

We are releasing both so readers can see not only the substance of the review, but also the official context in which it was handled and presented.

Publishing both versions removes ambiguity, prevents selective framing, and allows the public to compare the documents for themselves.

Most importantly, this review was plainly not intended for open public scrutiny; it was meant to remain behind closed doors, despite its clear relevance to democratic accountability.

That is precisely why it is in the public interest to make both versions available in full.
