Giuffre v Maxwell

Court documents from the 2015 defamation lawsuit filed by Virginia Giuffre against Ghislaine Maxwell in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Following multiple appeals and unsealing orders, hundreds of pages of sealed documents were released to the public, including deposition transcripts, motions, exhibits, and testimonies from Maxwell, household staff, and other individuals connected to Epstein's network.
These documents shed light on Maxwell's role in Epstein's trafficking operation and contain extensive materials about the inner workings of Epstein's criminal enterprise.
The case was settled in 2017, but unsealing efforts continued for years afterward through appeals by the Miami Herald and other parties seeking public access to the records.

These documents became a source of political controversy, with Republicans often accusing Democrats of cherry-picking documents for political purposes.

FBI Memo - July 2025

Internal FBI documentation related to the Epstein investigation.
In July 2025, the DOJ and FBI announced they found no incriminating client list, contradicting earlier statements by Attorney General Bondi who had previously claimed such a list was on her desk.
This announcement drew significant criticism from conservative figures and intensified calls for complete transparency through the passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
